-Gazpachito of watermelon and crunchy Iberian ham. 

-Suffolded rice with spring onion puree, caramelized almond and pickled manzanza in coriander.

-Food of cheese and kikos.


-Tuna belly fillet with tomato, bread and soy sauce.

-False squid risotto with chives and fried sprig.

-Hake with foam of white and wild asparagus.

-Crumbled oxtail sandwich with tender onion cream.



-Our mojito from Cuba.


-Chocolate soufflé with cheese ice cream.


-Supreme coffee from Tambo in the Columbian Andes.
