TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
General
The Terms and Conditions set out below have been drafted to provide users of the website www.restauranteikea.com with clear, understandable, unambiguous, and truthful information about the conditions governing the sale of our products through our website, in a permanent, easy, and free manner. These Terms will remain available to all users in the “Terms of Use” section, where they can consult and print them whenever they wish. To make purchases through our website, it is necessary for the user to read and expressly accept these Terms of Use by checking the box provided for this purpose at the time of purchase. It will not be possible to complete the purchase process or place orders without this acceptance.
Eligibility and purchase process
Who can purchase
Only those over 18 years of age, or minors who are legally emancipated in accordance with the requirements established by the Spanish Civil Code, may make purchases on our website. By proceeding, the user declares that they are over 18 years old or an emancipated minor, and therefore have the legal capacity required to enter into a contract, allowing them to make purchases on our website on their own behalf.
If a minor wishes to purchase any item, the purchase must be made by their parents or legal representatives, or at least have their authorization, which must be provided to RESTAURANTE IKEA. RESTAURANTE IKEA assumes no responsibility for purchases made by minors in breach of the requirements of this section.
Confirmation of purchase
Once payment has been made, a sales contract is established between the Customer and RESTAURANTE IKEA, governed by these Terms of Purchase.
The customer will be shown the order details and confirmation that the order has been received by RESTAURANTE IKEA.
An email will be sent to the Customer confirming the purchase, including:
- A description of the product with its features.
- Price and applicable taxes.
- A link to download the purchase document.
Failure to receive this email may be due to a temporary network communication issue or an error in the email address provided. In either case, we recommend contacting us at eventos@restauranteikea.com
Payment methods
Accepted methods
The customer may pay for their order by credit card. Only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be processed to provide greater security to users of www.restauranteikea.com, ensuring that the buyer is authenticated as the legitimate cardholder. In addition to the card number and expiration date, a personal password exclusively for online purchases will be required, identifying you as the cardholder.
Possible rejections
If the bank rejects the Customer’s card, they must check that:
- The card has not expired.
- The credit limit has not been reached.
- All required fields have been completed correctly.
Security of transactions
When making a purchase, card details are entered only on a banking institution’s secure page and transmitted in encrypted form.
RESTAURANTE IKEA only receives the result of the transaction and does not have access to the card details entered.
Fraudulent charges
In accordance with Article 112 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, if the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged, the cardholder Customer may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge.
The corresponding debit and credit entries in the accounts of RESTAURANTE IKEA and the cardholder will be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase was indeed made by the cardholder and the refund request is not due to exercising the right of withdrawal or termination, the Customer shall be liable to RESTAURANTE IKEA for compensation for any damages caused by such cancellation.
Modification of terms
Legislative changes or agreements with our suppliers may require us to modify these General Terms of Purchase.
RESTAURANTE IKEA reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the information and terms contained in these conditions.
We recommend that users review them every time they access our website and, in any case, before making a purchase, so that they can freely decide whether to proceed.
